Gounlimited/upstream/Openload Clone

i would like to start a video hosting and streaming service like gounlimited/openload/upstream/verystream, but can't able to find a proper ready made script. I have already bought yetishare, but it didn't server my purpose and looking into Sibisoft.

can someone help me with this?
